What Christmas activities have you planned for your family this year? Have you made all your decisions? Being a mom of three kids under 6, it can be challenging to find activities where they’re all safe and not wanting to scatter or have meltdowns at the same time. My solution and my family’s newest tradition is The Lights of Christmas at Warm Beach Christian Camps in Stanwood.
The Lights of Christmas at Warm Beach Christian Camps provides our family with many benefits, which is why we’re attending for our second year in a row:
- It’s safe. It’s a drive-thru event that took us about 45 minutes to complete in 2020. Plus with our kids all being in the car, we don’t have to worry about chasing our toddler around if he’s done being in his stroller.
- It’s Christmas festive everywhere! The variety of displays is countless. From nativity scenes to snowmen, reindeer, Santa… all your favorites will be there for you and your family to enjoy.
- My kids are entertained the entire time, no meltdowns. Our kids are engaged with all the displays for the entire trip. It’s one of the more pleasant car rides with my kids. Even the trip back home is great because we talk about our favorite scenes on the way back.
- Treat are available. There are warm, delicious cinnamon sugar doughnuts, coffee, and other edible delights available through drive thru. We took this opportunity to spoil our kids a little with some kettle corn and doughnuts. We all left happy and satisfied.
We purchased our 2021 tickets weeks ago and are going this Saturday. Our whole family is so excited to return to The Lights of Christmas this year and see the new displays.
