Do you feel weary? The world sure is a dark place isn’t it? Ukraine. Israel. Homelessness. Poverty. It’s heavy to think of all the things that we are bombarded with in the news let alone the personal things that might be going on in our own lives. The world is crying out for hope more than ever.
One of our favorite Christmas songs O Holy Night, says, “A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices. For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn’”
Jesus was God’s answer to sin, death, and every problem we face in our lives. He brought new life, and light, and hope. We strongly believe, based on previous years, that Christmas music will be a tool to share the hope of Jesus with people. After all, what better way to reach people who wouldn’t normally listen, by drawing them in with Christmas music – music that sounds familiar.
Christmas music is part of everyone’s experience. The message that we know as Christians, of HOPE and the TRUE reason we celebrate, will connect with more & more people that listen to the station.
