Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to our Christian values and a deep desire to positively impact the lives of young children. You will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate educational activities that promote spiritual, cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is required.
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Commitment to the Christian faith and the ability to incorporate faith-based teachings into the curriculum.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- A clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening.
