This show is not typical. We’re not trying to be cool or seek attention. The show is ultimately centered on Jesus, and His love for every single one of us… the flawed, the poor, marginalized, outcast, and lonely.
We hope you feel cared for and accepted when you tune us in. We’re so glad that you’re here.

This show is weird. We know that. If you’re new to the show, you should know something. And that is, we have some rules here. Actually, I even wrote ’em down. One of them is this show probably isn’t what you think. That’s rule number one. And we want to tell you this so that you feel welcome here and you can understand what’s going on because you are so welcome here. Regardless of your background, regardless of your beliefs. We love having you here, but this show probably isn’t what you think. You’ll think you’ve heard a show before, like it’s typical radio show, but it’s really not. It may take you a bit too to realize it, but this show isn’t about people trying to be cool or how awesome I am, and we’d sure be in trouble if it were because I’m a nerd. It’s not about a desperate need for attention or ratings or trying to be shocking or trying to be crazy to make a splash.
We are not even trying to make you a better Christian, a better American, or a better anything, really. It’s not about me. It’s not about Sherri. It’s not even about you. And that’s a pretty crazy thing to say in the radio business, even crazier. We’re doing a quote Christian radio show, and it’s not about Christianity. Ultimately, and we hope this shines through in time. This show is about Jesus. We believe He’s alive and his kingdom is great news, particularly for the poor, the marginalized, the outcast, the lonely. And so, we try to talk about that and try to demonstrate it a million different ways. And we know people need to meet the real Jesus, and we’re trying to hopefully introduce you and Him.
